Casey Anthony Refuses To Do WHAT Under Oath?? Really?!

Casey Anthony is back in court, but not to answer for the crimes she was acquitted of — but because she's getting SUED.

And the lawsuit DOES link back to the tragic death of her daughter, Caylee. You see, when Caylee first went missing, Casey made up a story about how a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez had disappeared with her — but there was no such nanny. It was all made up (how did Casey get away with all this again??).

Anyway, a woman actually named Zenaida Gonzalez launched the lawsuit last year and claims Anthony’s lie ruined her life by tarnishing her name.

We can totally see that.

The deposition, now MONTHS later, had Casey put under oath once again, and she was once again asked questions about the death of her daughter… but she REFUSED to answer them. In fact, she threatened to leave the deposition if she was asked more questions about the tragic death of her child!

But Casey, don't you know about Double Jeopardy?? Talk freely!

Here's what the source said:

“Anthony refused to answer many questions, prompting Gonzalez’s lawyers to ask a judge to compel her replies. A hearing on that motion is set for next week.”

Here's what Gonzalez's attorney asked Casey, and she refused to answer:

“So at the time you were making up the entire story [about] Zenaida having Caylee, where was Caylee?”

She responded:

“At the advice of counsel, I decline to answer any questions about my daughter. If you ask me again I will walk out of this room."

What a tough girl! She sure showed them!

Give us a break.

We're pretty sure Casey hasn't been too well off since the trial, so we're not sure what a lawsuit will actually give Gonzalez other than some non-monetary justice.

Either way, we're eager to see how it plays out!
