Texas' Same Sex Marriage Ban STRUCK DOWN! Federal Judge Rules It Unconstitutional!

Texas is unfortunately one of many states with a same sex marriage ban. But thanks to a decision by Federal Judge Orlando Garcia, it may not be much longer.

His Honor ruled on Wednesday that the law is unconstitutional, mostly because it served no "legitimate governmental purpose."

That's another way of saying it's a bunch of malarky! Srsly, how does people who love each other getting the same benefits as you do affect you?

Justice may be blind, but today at least it isn't dumb! But don't book that Texas dude ranch for your nuptials just yet.

The ruling won't go into effect immediately, and during the lengthy appeals process, the law will remain on the books.

Sadly, the debate will rage on deep in the heart of Texas.
