Yeah, this was like that. But sixteen thousand times worse.

The streets of Central and South London were awash with feces on Thursday! Some pipes exploded and it was a veritable sea of sh*t-filled sewage water.

No. One. Was. Safe.

Well, Americans were, LOLz, but for most of our cousins across the pond it was a pretty crappy situation — pun fully intended!

The Telegraph's Lewis Whyld bravely battled the front lines and captured the whole stinky situation on camera!!!

He live-tweeted the whole event, saying:

According to the local water company, the fecal flood wasn't actually poop — it was supposedly just a burst water pipe filled with foul-smelling brown water!!
